
And for din, again, a little of this, little of that...tapas of various sorts. Roasted green beans, tomato toast with ham and/or manchego, olives, almonds, frittata, roasted potatoes with tuna, another big salad. Pasta with garlic and oil for the kids. We'll see if Uncle Tom will be able to "full house" it again

Dinner was very nice, and post-dinner was the best. Tom, Valerie, John, and I sat on the deck, sipping a nice red, and chatted and laughed 'til the sun went down. Our last night before they head back to NYC in the morn...
